Only lost 6 so far, only one more start after today if that.

Even so… Lilly may be the best pitcher on the team. Hard to say. Choosing an opening-day starter between the two of them probably has more to do with psychology than anything else.

Sounds about right, he has a rag arm and keeps getting gunned on the bases.

So its pretty even…..Why not take some these meaningless games and play him at 2B with Blanco at SS. Just to see….

Also Why is Theriot starting both ends of a DH anyway? Blanco gets no time at SS in two games vs the Pirates?
