Randy Wells On Greg Maddux's Return
"It's awesome," Wells said of having Maddux back. "If anything, him walking through the clubhouse on days he's here will brighten up everybody's day. Everybody knows what kind of character he is and how fun he is and how loose he can be. I think it'll rub off on a lot of guys."

I forget where I read it
but spellcheck said roughly the same thing the other day. Having Maddux around is going to be a huge boost for the youngsters.
Also remember...
… that Maddux was mentoring Sean Marshall when he was here in 2006. Marshall will probably be particularly happy that Maddux is back.

Marshall might have made a call for Hendry
to try and help make it happen

Maddux would seem to be a perfect person
to mentor pitchers. He was successful not because he had awesome stuff (like Randy Johnson) but because he was a real craftsman. Wells in particular could benefit from Maddux’s help as Wells has Maddux-like stuff.
I always turn to the sports section first. The sports page records people's accomplishments; the front page has nothing but man's failures.

He has to help
I hope Maddux wasn’t signed just for a PR move .. Maddux should be at camp Feb 15th in Mesa .. To help with the pitchers ..
This is the worst written Haiku I've ever read.
As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.
