There's no question that as Alfonso Soriano goes, so do the Cubs. With Soriano trying to play through a knee injury for most of 2009, the Cubs missed the playoffs, after being carried to them (at least in part) by Soriano in 2007 and 2008.
After playing 156 or more games in five of the six years before he came to the Cubs, Soriano hasn't played in more than 135 in his three years here. He's supposedly healthy going into the season -- will he get back to playing every day?
