I hate to be nasty but he should not be at ST
Spring Training should only be for players who MIGHT make the roster and a lot of kids needings some playing time who get a few weeks in the Sun. It’s fine to let guy like Scales play in Iowa where you do need a few career minor leaguers to fill up a roster and in some extreme circumstances they get a call up. Giving him time in ST is just Lou saying FU I get to let the guy have some fun cause he is a nice vet.
