Never really understood the obession with him
in the first place. I would of sent him back to the Rockies with no problem.
2010 is OUR year.
As I asked Al in a preceeding post,
We had Gaudin, Vizcaino, Shark, Guzman, and Patton for two spots.
Looking back, which two would you have kept?
If we had someone pitching as well as Diamond or Russell has this year, I would have kept them. Now, we have a guy with three years to get good enough to keep or trade. I prefer that to keeping Viz or Gaudin. I’m no fan of Shark either.
As I said in the other thread...
… I would have kept Shark, despite his bad spring. Would have been better to give him a defined role in the 2009 bullpen instead of jerking him back and forth between the Iowa rotation and the Chicago pen.

On the roster page, it says Brian Schlitter is on the 40 man, but Welington Castillo is not. When did that happen???
