Easy Opening Schedule
I was surprised to learn that according to this article... "Following that initial three-game series against the Braves, the Cubs are scheduled to play 29 consecutive games against teams that finished last season under the .500 mark." This could be a huge launching pad for the season in my eyes. If they can start these first 30+ games strongly, I think it could go far to wipe away the memories of last season and to get them playing confident and at ease. I so much prefer this over getting a bunch of difficult games stacked back-to-back in the month of April. How do you all read this?
