Well sort of. The premium Dugout and Bullpen Box seats are being offered at 50% of in April. I just checked and you can get 1st row behind the plate for $90 a piece. Perhaps Jessica would like to comment on the lack of ticket sales forcing the Cubs to discount in April. Update - They are discounting bleacher seats for the April series against the Nationals. Does that mean Al and the gang will get a refund??
