Cubs not selling dugout box seats

The expensive dugout box seats ($315 each for big games) are not selling. With the exception  of the White Sox series and the Cards Saturdays, the Cubs have listed them back up ( after previously listing some games as sold out).  I think only the Red Sox have been able to sell these out. Yankees and Mets charge MUCH more but cut prices a lot last year as the season progressed. My guess is these do well for day of game sales from rich businessmen who come in town, but a far cry from the first year when you had to go in the VWR  just to have a chance to buy them.
