Could Epic Season of Losing Help?

ok, I am not wanting them to lose, let me make that clear right away.  What I am about to say, will be strictly talking hypothetically, I am by no means counting this season over just yet, but trying to look at the loses from a different angle, and proposing the question to the forum that is BCB.

so many on BCB and elsewhere have posted fantasy trade after fantasy trade (lets send Shark to "x team" for "y player") with  no care to the fact he and others (Fukudome, Soriano, Rami, Lee and so on) have a no trade clause.  Now with the Cubs losing early and often, any chance that their loses continue to mount in an alarming enough pace that many of these players would be willing to drop their NTC in order to move to a team that is competing?  Now in the case of Soriano, it likely wouldn't matter due to the financials of it, but for some of the others it might actually work well for the other teams involved who coujld take on their salary while improving for a playoff run.  In the process, opening up some salary flexability for the Cubs going forward.

Yes i am talking hypothetically, I am by no means counting this season over just yet, but trying to look at the loses from a different angle, and proposing the question to the forum that is BCB.
