Next Wednesday night, Ryan Dempster is hosting a major fundraiser for his foundation, set up last year to help raise funds to find a cure for 22q11.2 deletion (DiGeorge Syndrome/VCFS), the syndrome Dempster's daughter Riley was born with.

The Casino Night and Concert fundraiser will feature a night on the town to mingle with Chicago Cubs players as well as American singer, Jaron and The Long Road to Love; former professional baseball and football player, Bo Jackson; former Major League Baseball player, Frank Thomas; Chicago Blackhawks players, Jonathan Toews, Brian Campbell, and Adam Burish; Philadelphia Flyers player, Danny Briere; and former Chicago Blackhawks player, Chris Chelios. Each of the celebrities from the sports and entertainment worlds will serve as guest dealers at the casino tables.
