Around SBN: Ryder Hesjedal Wins Giro d'Italia

It happened to him and a Brewers clubhouse attendant last night. This was NOT after a game as the Brewers played a day game yesterday.

Why the crap was out @ 2:30AM @ a supermarket?

Nothing good can happen to you when you’re out after midnight.

As I've told you before, I never repeat myself.

odd

the actual incident occurred about 2 miles from the supermarket.

I'm guessing they probably were followed

when they left the supermarket and were pulled over someplace a little less conspicuous.

why do you know so much about robbing people at gunpoint?

but i’m willing to eliminate you as a suspect. as a cubs fan i’d hope you’d have roughed up gallardo and not the poor clubhouse attendant.

Knowing the Cubs,

it would have been the other way around. :)

Reminds me of the Bobby Knight quote

I think he is the one that coined the phrase, “Nothing good happens after midnight”. I am not blaming the victim, but you oughta be in bed at that point.

Reminds me of something Len once said,

During a Cubs-Brewers game a few years back.

He told a story about a hotel in the Milwaukee area that supposedly was haunted. Apparently, some members of the then-Tampa Bay Devil Rays were so put off by something they heard or saw in their assigned room that the slept with the door to the room open.

Yep, the door to the hotel was left open. Len added that he thought he’d be more worried about people wandering the hotel hallways at 3 AM than anything that was in the room itself.

Both L&B added that it took them a little longer to get to sleep than usual during that series in Milwaukee.

I didn't believe it last August, but it turns out that love survives.

The robber did

something that we all have seen. Ask Fukodome, Soriano, Zambrano, oh well the list goes one

Go Cubs!

Yeah,

This whole thing seems like someone’s not telling the whole story for sure. Not that it is likely to ever come out.
