Oh and 1st too...

Place your bets, people!
In what horrible way will the Cubs waste a Quality Start by a rookie pitcher today? I’m gonna go E7.

Nope...Hill will come to the plate 4 times...
…with 2 out and the bases loaded and K all 4 times leaving a record 12 men on base, prompting Lou to move him up to the 5th spot in SF.
Ron Santo - 8,143 ABs, .277 BA; 342 HR; 1331 RBI = NO Hall of Fame?
Brooks Robinson - 10,654 ABs, .267 BA; 268 HR; 1357 RBI = Hall of Fame.
Any more questions ?

Let's hope our Cubs can score runs early and often.
These comeback chokes (failing once we are within a run) are getting too predictable.

What are you taking?
"When they signed Fukudome, I knew they were trying to get me fired". - Ron Santo, January, 2008
I am taking Meclizine and valium.
It has helped. I can at least sit up in a chair now.

I took that as well
And it made me feel worse in between attacks than the attacks did. Mine were violent. I’d spin, then I’d expel whatever was in me every way possible if you know what I mean, then curl up in a fetal position and sleep for about 4-5 hours. I’d wake up not dizzy any more but completely exhausted. I had every test imagineable and no cause was found. I got off the meclizine and valium because it wasn’t helping, and found that a good sinus/alergy medication like Claritin D or over the counter like a Tylenol Severe Sinus worked better than anything else. The attacks subsided. To this day I always have a sinus packet in my pocket in case I start to feel like one might be coming on.

So far they are helping.
I’m not puking any more so that is good. I think I will take a sinus pill and see if that does help.

Another thing I learned...
…… was that the blood vessels and nerves that affect all this are just above your neck in theback of your head, just where your neck kind of bends if you tilt your head back. A howe rmassage set on stun or a nice neck head massge from someone helps quite a lot too.

The team has given up. Now that Lou is quitting, it is time just to get him out early. He is infecting the whole team — and fans.

It's seemed that way for awhile
I wonder if Hendry made an agreement with Lou when he was hired that he’d never be fired.
Look the guy does not care.
He doesn’t want to be around. He doesn’t even get upset. He sleeps. He droops. He shuffles to the pitching mound. Give him a pair of sandals and shorts and send him to Florida. Let someone else take charge now.
