BCB Sign In Issue

Anybody else having a problem signing in to BCB the last couple of days? Every time I visit the site my screen name has been lost and I have enter it and my password again. And sometimes even that's hard because the log in box doesn't pop up right away. I am permanently logged into other web sites with a screen name and password and haven't had to do this, so I don't think it's a cookies issue. Anyone?

Sorry this is a fan post, but I couldn't get this to be a fanshot. Maybe my Internets ineptness is part of the problem.

This is a FanPost and does not necessarily reflect the views of SB Nation or Al Yellon, managing editor (unless it's a FanPost posted by Al). FanPost opinions are valued expressions of opinion by passionate and knowledgeable baseball fans.

Yes I have had problems too.

It’s on all the SBN sites for me. When I come here and can’t log in at the bottom of any thread it asks me to either register or log in. When I click on log in I’m in immediately on the main SBN page then I can can back click and am logged in here. Very weird.

A lovely story:

One day, long, long ago, there lived a woman who didn't whine, nag or bitch. That would be me....

But that was a long time ago and it was just that one day.

YES! I thought it was just me.

Noticed this on Friday...

but I thought it was just a fluke. It continues yesterday and today.

It's every SBNation site.

The opinions of Brad Wells (BigBlueShoe) do NOT speak for all Colts fans. Most Colts fans are well informed fans and good-hearted people. Most Colts fans are not egotistical douchebags.

This has been a public service announcement.

There is a known issue to SBN tech people.

It’s been reported by me and others. It’s happening to me as well. I have been assured they are working on it.

Hope that helps.

I linked my SBN account to my Yahoo! account a while back

And it’s made things much easier – even though SBN sites don’t remember me anymore, a quick click on the upper-right Login→Login with Yahoo! ID results in the page reloading with me logged in.

Just a thought/suggestion.

at all. It works on Chrome. But not in FireFox, and the instructions they give — to white-list SBN’s third party cookies — don’t work.

Try clearing your cache, or rebooting.

I’m on Firefox right now with no trouble. If that doesn’t work send a ticket to support (at) sbnation (dot) com
