Bruce Levine expects Samardzija in Rotation

Bruce levine was talking questions on ESPN chicago and had an interesting response to a question.

With the aquisition of Garza, what will the Cubs final rotation look like? I assume pretty heavy on the rightys again. Also, will the Cubs still be utilizing a 6 man outfield rotation? Please say no....

Highly doubtful on the six-man outfield. Dempster, Garza, Zambrano, Cashner and Samardzija.

This had me wondering a couple of things:

Why would they have more faith in Samardzija than Wells?

Are Wells and Gorzo on the trading block?

What's everyone's take on this?
