Last weekend I was in the video store and stumbled across the movie, Chasing 3000 in the new release section. It is based on two boys journey across the country to see Roberto Clemente's 3000th hit.

If you are looking for a movie in the long winter away from baseball this is a heartwarming tale. As the boys journey from California back to Pittsburgh they encounter some fun characters to help them on their way.

The end brought me to tears. While the movie is based on baseball it is really about the love of doing something you set your mind to doing and the love a brother has for another.

I highly recommend this movie.
