I feel dirty saying this...
…but part of me wants to see Theriot get a World Series ring only because I have this image of him and Fontenot sitting in rocking chairs somewhere in Louisiana forty years from now, bragging about their rings and lying to their grandkids about how many home runs they each hit in the Fall Classic.
With that off my chest … go Rangers!
Baseball is pitching, offensive production, baserunning and defense.
If the worst happens and Theriot does get a ring...
… I hope he plays as much in the World Series as Fontenot did.

I'd prefer a
6-3 grounder with none on down 3 on the first pitch. But either is fine.
