The new CBA will not take away draft compensation for type B free agents? Or at least not for the 2012 June amateur draft?

Type B compensation will go away, but not this off season. I wonder if there is any thoughts to changing how MLB determines Type A and Type B compensation. There are holes in how its determined right now, via the Elias rankings.
That would be a pleasant surprise.
