You know what
St. Louis is a fine city with lots of good people. Just because they are our baseball rival doesn’t give you the right to post stuff like that here.
Please do not do this again.

No really, it does.
I lived there for a few years after college. The city is the biggest dump I’ve ever been to in the US.
How long ago was that?
I’ve been to St. Louis many times. There are many cities worse than St. Louis.

As recent as 2009.
West County is very nice, which is where I lived. And there are some areas a bit removed from downtown, like the CWE, that are nice. But the actual downtown area itself is a complete shithole. There’s a reason it was ranked the most dangerous city in America a couple years ago.
I'll take your word for it.
I have driven through downtown St. Louis and it doesn’t look that bad. But then, that’s just driving through.

Downtown isnt bad and like Kanderber said West County is nice
but if you get off the interstate anywhere else you are at a risk. I lived in Metro East for eight years and I couldn’t stand it. Come down here to stay and you will here all of the bad things they say about the Cubs then you will have a different opinion about this post I still think it is funny.
Seriously....
it’s not good.

Never been to St. Louis, but I respect the team and their fans.
That doesn’t mean that I like them, but I believe that good sportsmanship should be practiced by the fans as well as the players on the field. A little “trash talking” if it is done in fun isn’t a bad thing, but I don’t think it’s necessary to personally attack fans of another team or their city. I’d rather see people take the high road and show some class.

I thought it was funny.
Where have you gone, Kiko Calero. A nation turns its lonely eyes to you.
Then I take it you aren't
a plain woman that popped out a couple of kids. :)
♪ He held me very tight under stars so bright and whispered darlin' "Who do you love tonight?" I told him "baseball, baseball...." ♫
Absolute truth
As one of the resident St Louis-area Cubs fans lurking around here, I can absolutely attest to the veracity of this article. Lots of very average women making small talk, dreaming on Mr Freese. Have to listen to music on the Metrolink to get away from it
