Rogers: Are Cubs Considering Maddon For 2012?

Yes, it's Phil Rogers, so it might be completely off, but what if Theo and Co. are leaning toward Joe Maddon as the next Cubs manager? Rogers calls him "the top choice," but he's still under contract with Tampa. Whom would we have to give up to get Maddon here? Or is one former Rays manager who ended up in Chicago enough?
