Why doesn't anyone try to acquire Sean Marshall from the Cubs?

Sorry for a slightly low content post, but I had a revelation while watching the game today.  I am in the camp of people who believe Sean Marshall should be in the starting rotation.  He has a career 4.24 ERA with a career high (low?) ERA of 2.65 last season.  He has averaged a 2:1 K:BB ratio in his career.  In his last year as a full time starter, he posted a 3.92 ERA.  Then the Cubs moved him to the pen.

Since it's clear Marshall could do better than a lot of starters picking up the ball every 5th day, I'm surprised more teams don't see the opportunity to score a left handed starter.
