IF and I repeat IF they get off to the same slow start as they did last year. As I mentioned in a previous post and confirmed in today's Trib, attendance is down 29% in Mesa. That's a huge number for Mesa games. I'm convinced Wrigley is gonna be empty IF the Cubs don't get off to a fast start. I wonder if you could even have empty Saturday bleacher games in the summer versus some of the non descript teams. My friends laughed at the $80.00 bleachers seats with taxes. The first three weekday games versus Arizona won't draw more than 25,000, maybe even 20,000 if it's cold. I'd be really worried if I worked at Clark and Addison if this team doesn't win this year.
