Right you are...
A bit of research reveals it’s an ad for Gillette.
Still, a fun watch.

Darn. I fell for it at first.

If it was real and it was Soriano, that reporter would have got hit in the face...

Way to inject this crap into every post.
Really appreciate it.
Of course I didn't.
He often doesn’t have good arguments, so he just makes stuff up.

Keep commenting .... proves my point!
At least my argument is on the actual point I brought up.
By the way, I don’t like Soriano either. His game is about as good as yours – old and on it’s last legs.

That's why I wish MLB contracts were performance based instead of guaranteed.
Imagine that. This teams payroll would be 30MM tops!!!!!

that would be awesome....
guys having to try all the time, managers trying to save their jobs by playing the best players and not the ones with the biggest contracts…..
Soriano would be in big trouble…
Soriano actually tries pretty hard.
It’s well known around the league that he is one of the hardest working players. So unless you know more than the guys playing with him, I’d say you’re completely wrong.
So have yet to see him loaf?
Brenly said it on the air the other day when he said Soriano was known as a guy who does not always hustle out of the box….
Everybody sees it but you I guess…
His World Series Ring would beg to differ.
Trade me right f@#$ing now!
His constant praise of Theriot and Eckstein tell me otherwise.
Plus, I could have won a world series managing the 2001 Diamondbacks. They were very good.
I just have to laugh when I see
“I could have won with that team.” or “I could have hit that pitch.” Nope, not even close. Managing a major league baseball team is more than putting Womack at lead off, Gonzalez at the 3 spot and Schilling and Johnson every 5th day. But, since you are Connie Mack Jr., you already know that. Just because he has kind words for 2 players who he knows personally, does not mean he is any less knowledgable about the game.
Trade me right f@#$ing now!
Well no kidding. I don't actually think I could manage the team. You missed the point.
Brenly has a habit of praising lesser players for their grit and hustle. In other words, he likes to talk up the shitty players. Meanwhile, when Soriano hits a long homer all Bob can do is criticize the way he runs the bases.
He shows his bias nearly every single game. It’s strange.
Haha, your reply is "blow it out your ass"
Along with an attack on something I’m not even arguing, and you expect some kind of rebuttal?
You need to give in order to get.
This is about what I would expect from you.
Outside of ridiculous sarcasm and over the top pessimism, you really offer very little to the discussion.
Your best work is weak links between Quade and Essian and calling out players for making too much money. You bring it in to every thread – even those that have nothing to do with the Cubs, for that matter – and aren’t able to have a serious argument without moving goalposts or telling someone to “blow it out their ass.”
I’m done feeding your trolling for now, as I’m sure you’ll have some over the top absurd comment to this.

Rec'd
It’s along the lines of Blou in that I can’t stand half the crap he says and yet I know I shouldn’t respond. He’s looking for attention (that’s why he loves promoting a made up BCB character) and we’d probably be better off not reacting.

BLou was entertaining. I enjoyed his originality. Give credit where credit is due sir!

The question is...whether he would have tried for it at all.....
It did look like he hit…since the batter was standing and watching it….
Are you crazy?!?!?!
Soriano’s catching skills are AMAZING!!!!!!!

We'll all miss you Ron.
I didn't say that and you know it.
You seem to like the strawman argument. It’s making you look very petty.
Funny to who? You?
That makes it even worse that you think it’s funny when you overreact. lol
