May 30 Minor League Moves

Of course, D.J. LeMahieu was promoted to Chicago today, but there were also plenty of other moves. Junior Lake moves up from Daytona to take LeMahieu's spot at Tennessee, hopefully this is a permanent move and not just until LeMahieu gets back. Lake was batting .315 with 11 doubles, 4 triples, and 6 HRs. He's 19/23 in SB attempts. He has however only walked 6 times and struck out 49 times. Brett Jackson was finally activated from the DL, but this sent Jae Hoon Ha back to Daytona. Not sure why he was sent down, he wasn't doing bad, and could have played the corner with Jackson in center. And finally, Whitenack was sent to the DL with Struck coming up from Daytona to take his spot. Discuss.
