ESPN MLB – CHC at ATL has been delayed. THE START OF THE GAME IS BEING DELAYED DUE TO COLD.
…according to ESPN.
Interesting.

ESPN texted me saying the game was delayed due to "COLD"
That was confusing.

Could the Cubs be any more free swinging against a mediocre pitcher
20 pitches in TWO innings including two hits? I give Sori credit for a six pitch AB.

I was hoping Uggla would extend his hitting streak
Just not like that.
Man, how bad was Uggla hitting before this streak?
32 straight games and his average is still only .226!

with them changing managers in the minors some 50 years ago. Dysfunction with this pathetic organization? Who woulda thunk it. LMAO.
Can't disagree...
but with a lefty on the mound, they should be able to pick the lineup out of a hat and it won’t matter. They’re already batting their best hitter 1st, so it’s not horrible that then have Baker 2 spots in front of him.

i underestimated your abilities, ubercubsfan
please forgive me
I personally believe that damaged ligaments and tendons (among other abrasions) aren't the reason for the team playing so poorly relative the rest of Major League Baseball, so accordingly, James Hendry should be relieved of his highly important duties as General Manager of the Chicago Cubs franchise.
