Not sure what to make of this, as the quotes don't seem too vindictive, plus they are coming from Mark "Dead in the Water" Riggins, but the question bears asking I suppose. Can/Should Shark get another opportunity to start? Should we even exercise his option?
Personally, I believe you have to exercise the option, as he appears to have turned a bit of a corner in regards to effectiveness. However, I don't believe it's worth trying him in the rotation until we run out of other options not named Rodrigo Lopez/Ramon Ortiz.
