Listening to the broadcast yesterday Bob Brenly mentioned that the Reds would consider moving Votto because he's going to make 17 million next year(?) or the year after and they've got Alonso flubbing around in left field...
Is that just pure speculation on Brenly's part or is there some fiber of truth to that? Would the Red's really trade away that level of talent to avoid 17Mil? And if so what would it take to get him?
