It's a weekday festival of baseball! This is rare on non-weekends during the postseason, so enjoy. A capsule comment on each game:
Cards/Nats: Please win, Nats. I don't want St. Louis in the NLCS. The Cardinals had a losing record on the road this year (38-43) and lost three of the four games they played in Washington during the regular season.
Giants/Reds: The Giants have scored four runs in this series and are hitting .126 (12-for-95). Yet, with the win Tuesday and the Reds' uncertainty in their pitching rotation, it seems the Giants could have some momentum.
Orioles/Yankees: The Orioles won six of the nine games they played in Yankee Stadium this year, three times winning two of a three-game series. If they can do that again, they're headed to the ALCS.
A's/Tigers: The A's are good at home. Like the Cardinals, the Tigers were 38-43 on the road this year. We could be headed to a Game 5, which means Justin Verlander again for Detroit.
