Looks like the weather has cleared in the Bay Area and they'll be able to play this game tonight.
But I know most of you are thinking Bears. So, feel free to use it as a Bears discussion thread too. However, here are some interesting facts about tonight's game that might keep you baseball-focused:
The Giants have never won a Game 7; they have lost four of them (1924 World Series, 1962 World Series, 1997 NLCS, 2002 World Series).
The Cardinals are 11-3 all time in Game 7's; the last one they lost was the 1987 World Series to the Twins.
The Cardinals have won six straight elimination games; that ties them for the all-time record (with the 1985 Royals, the only team to win two series in one season that way). St. Louis' streak is active. If the Giants win, they'll tie both of those marks; if the Cardinals win, they have the record to themselves. (I'm pretty sure I know how everyone here feels about which team they'd like to see in the record books.)
