That Was the Year That Was.

In 1964-65 there was a popular, short-lived TV show called That Was the Week That Was. It was a parody on the news of the week, kind of a precursor of what SNL did years later.

For the Bleedcubbieblue version, let's list as many of the transactions, the memories (try to include some good ones), the flops and the headlines as we can from our less than memorable season. From Marlon Byrd to Ian Stewart (remember them?). Dempster's no-trade trade to bringing in a guy named Germano.. Wood's retirement to Rizzo's call- up. What are some of the more obscure things that happened that will make us say, "Oh ya, I forgot about that one!"
