My tongue is so firmly in cheek here, I'm putting it as a Fanpost. It isn't like I'll be blocking anything fresh.

We all have nicknames for players, and some that we loathe. Here goes with your chance to promote someone's moniker on BCB. I'm going to principly go with minor leaguers, as those are the games I listen to the most. I have no qualms with people upgrading my nicknames, but mostly it is to save typing space. So if someone hates one of mine, I'll still keep using it, unless they come up with something better.

Javier Baez- Javy or Money Badger. Javy is to save space, The Money Badger (a take on the LSU DB's Honey Badger) is the more formal version.

Pierce Johnson- Ouch. It just is.

Jorge Soler has no nickname. Jorge or Soler works, as we have nobody of note named either.

Logan Watkins- Watty. Very Quade-esque, but it gets it across. Open to an upgrade, but it has to be short.

Darwin Barney- Purple Dinosaur is cool and all, but really long. Not sure.

Albert Almora- No idea. Needs a good one.

Barrett Loux- HC100. Love Plus One was Haircut 100's one hit. We snagged Loux Plus One for Jacob Brigham, who most of BCB was ready to write off. Loux might be no great shakes, but he is HC100.

Jeff Samardzija- Spellcheck. Mainly included for the next one.

Matt Szczur- I kind of like Spellczech, as his name has Czech heritage.

Starlin Castro- SC13 is fine for me. Starcast works. Castro is fine also.

Anthony Rizzo- RizzOMG is arright.
