the Nationals one or where he robbed Prince Fielder of a grand slam in Milwaukee?
MCM's Favorite Hawkeye
The grand slam is cooler
But the Nationals one is my favorite.

ha yea where he stood up and the bill of his hat was flipped up.
what a catch
MCM's Favorite Hawkeye
I was there for the catch in Milwaukee.
I’ll never forget it. Prince hits the ball and all the Brewers fans cheer loudly thinking a grand slam has just been hit. I’m watching the ball sail as if I’m a country boy looking up a skyscraper for the first time ever. The ball is about to clear the fence and I see Reed from the corner of my eye already up the wall. He reaches over, pulls his arm back, lands on the ground. I’m thinking, “there’s no way he caught that ball.” Still watching Reed, he reaches into his glove, and a small white speck comes out. Now I’m thinking, “wait, is that the feaking ball! Oh my goodness, Reed caught the ball!”
The moment he pulled the ball out of his glove, there was a complete 180 as to which team’s fans were cheering. One second, the Brewers fans are going off, then the Cubs fans get the last laugh.
That awesome moment was brought to you by: “The Man, The Myth, The Legend… Reed Johnson.”
Jack Brickhouse: "Hey! Hey!" Harry Caray: "Holy Cow!"
Vince Lloyd: "The Chicago Cubs are on the Air!" Len Kasper: "Oh Baby!!!!"
Ron Santo: "YES!" "All Right! Let's do it!" "Ohhh Nooooo!" "Gee Whiz! Come on!" AND... "This Is The Year!"

Everything you need to know about how great that play was...
Prince Fielder tipped his hat to Reed Johnson. Then he took his hat off his head and tipped again, with a finger point, to make sure Johnson saw it. Respect and class.
As noted above, those will probably be nuked by MLB.
However, most of them are available on MLB.com. I don’t have links, but they should be easy enough to search for.

There’s the National’s one.
Here’s a good one.
This one was fun too.
The best husband in the world was on the Championship team at the 2012 Randy Hundley Cubs Fantasy camp!
I watch very few games on tv
I happened to be watching that one
Thanks

I was at that game
in the front row of the outfield with a perfect view of the catch… Of course I was in the bathroom when the play happened.

Good times
MLB will remove them. :(
RIP Ronnie James Dio (July 10, 1942 - May 16, 2010) and Ron Santo (February 25, 1940-December 2, 2010).
If you disagree with me in any way, you are wrong.
YouTube, probably.
I’m a little leery about having them here, but since they are not hosted here, I’ll leave them. For now.

We're cool.
I’ll leave it. The links are great, while they’re still up. Nice work finding them.

thanks, there were a few more I found like Soriano's walkoff grand slam against the Astros, etc.
but the dude who put them up formatted it backwards so the score, soriano, everything was backwards.
MCM's Favorite Hawkeye
Was Soriano running around the bases backwards?
That would be fun to watch.

It's funny
At the end of the “August 14, 2009 Cubs 10 run inning” video, it says MLB Advanced Media 2009. So MLB is getting their credit. But I still think they want to control where their product is shown.

MLB is like that big warehouse scene at the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark...
…right after Indiana Jones asks what’s happening with the Ark

Maj. Eaton: We have top men working on it now.
Indiana: Who?
Maj. Eaton: Top… men.
Lou Brown: "My kinda team, Charlie, my kinda team..."
I think my favorites are the Rockies rally because of the radio call and Ramirez' grand slam because of how the crowd erupted.

The HR against the Sox
The crowd was amazing. Watched on my phone & I thought the speaker would blow.
I don’t want to play golf. When I hit a ball, I want someone else to go chase it.

This is
the best “first post” I’ve ever witnessed here.
No random …’s. No ALL CAPS OMG. No ranting about crazy stuff you only heard about because your older brother (who actual knows about baseball) said it first.
Well done rsikes. Well done. Al should award you a pair of Campana signed hi-socks or something of equal value.

thanks man.
hopefully those Campana socks have been washed first.
I’m a knowledgeable Cubs fan at the tender age of 22, I was not around to witness the 1984 heartbreak, but I did see 2003’s disaster and 2008’s playoff disaster.
thanks again for the kind words.
