By now, you've probably all seen the Marlins'... ahem... colorful HR celebration. It is truly something to _______ (behold / admire / curse at / avoid at all costs).
But most of you probably haven't...
had the chance to watch it "live". Well, you may very well have that chance over the next three days while the Cubs take their "talents" to Miami.
I figured... "hey... we haven't had any mention of the Marlins around here in a while." So...
Poll
the question is: if you watch all three games of this series in their entirety, how often will you have / get to watch this display?
0: The Cubs have their three best starters going, it is a fairly big ballpark, and I'm either generally optimistic or fearful of what seeing that thing will do to my retinas. (2 votes)
1-3: Let's be reasonable... giving up a HR per game is no big deal, even for your best pitchers. I mean, surely the Cubs will homer this many times, right? RIGHT? (20 votes)
4-6: I'm optimistic about the starters, but I have also seen the soft underbelly of the Cubs' bullpen pitch. Camp, Castillo, and friends do not induce images of the Nasty Boys. (1 vote)
7+: this series... does. not. end. well. On the plus side, some Cub fans get their wish when the Cubs' entire 25 man roster is put on the disabled list with epileptic seizures from the hypnotic effects of the constant display. Bring up the 'kids'!! (3 votes)
