Hello Cub Fans-

My name is PacificCub, and I am a Cubs-a-holic.

I can't get enough Cubs action or Cubs information. I run MLB Gameday on my computer while teaching. I dropped a class in grad school because I thought it might interfere with the NLCS (hindsight 20/20... poor choice). If I need to make something up to entertain myself throughout what is likely to be a terrible year, I will.

Something I had mentioned in a Preview a few games back was putting together a contest with lines that I set for each game. I want to do it, and maybe you do, too. So here are the rules:

Each game that I get a chance to, I will post the lines for some game-related statistic in the Game Preview thread. Add your prediction based on the line as a response to the notice, and I will keep track of the winners each day. Contest for each game closes at Game Time.

At the end of the season, the winner will receive a Cubs related prize; it bought it at auction for $75, though I severely doubt it is worth that now.
