Obviously far from being a sure thing that he is made available, but hypothetically, is there any way the Cubs have interest? Heck, could they even make a decent enough package to get him? Guys like Upton that are proven (to an extent), have huge upside and are 24 years old don't become available very often. All in all, I doubt we even consider making a play for him considering our lack of minor league stock, but what are your thoughts?
