Perhaps it's a nasty case of a Trade Deadline hangover, but I was wondering if anyone out in BCB has found themselves in a similar situation. Wife and I have a pretty ridiculous amount of channels on Time Warner Cable. Like many of our friends, we got sucked into the bundle package (cable, internet and phone). Our condo HOA provides basic cable as part of the monthly assessment. So here's what I was thinking... 1.) Drop home phone service 2.) Continue to get internet through the cable company. 3.) Drop the "Ferrari package" of movie channels and other nonsense 4.) Go with the basic cable and get Apple TV (or similar). We have a subscription to Hulu Plus (it's really cool if you haven't seen it before). MLB package can be accessed through Apple TV and basic cable has WGN. Any thoughts/experience on the topic?
