Help needed to identify autographs I got in grab bags at Cubs Convention

I need some help with some autographs I got on balls at the Cubs Convention. These balls were in 2 grab bags that I bought and I have no idea as to who these people are. I was hoping someone out there would recognize them and let me know who these autographs are. Here is the 1st one

As you might note, there is a #43 on this autograph, but the name does not seem to match anyone who wore #43 for the Cubs (see Cubs All Time Uniform Number List (#43) )

Here is the 2nd one

I have no clue at all as to who this is.

If anyone out there can help me out...It would be greatly appreciated
