Chase Headley placed on waivers - Should we grab him?

According to Jon Heyman, Headley was placed on waivers. While we have more than enough 3B in the system, does it make any sense to put a claim on him? He is pricey, but under control through next year, someone we may be able to flip next year? Not sure if the Padres are looking to clear salary or actually looking to get a big package of prospects, which the Cubs should not give up. I would think the Padres would be better to keep him and trade him in the off season
