Wrigley Field Scoreboard Mystery
During interleague play, when the Yankees play the Mets, the Wrigley scoreboard has panels that read "NY (N)" and "NY (A)". Apparently, the two Los Angeles teams don't rate the same courtesy:

Carlos Marmol And The Giant Glove
This one requires a bit of explanation. This glove belongs to one of the Waveland ballhawks. Somehow it made its way into the ballpark during batting practice on Thursday. Several players tried it out, including Carlos Marmol. (Ballhawk, feel free to elaborate if you know more.)

Photos Of Carlos Zambrano From His Daytona Start On Sunday 5/17
Thanks to BCB reader David K'Miller, who took these photos and emailed them to me:
I live in the Tampa area and we went up to Dunedin to catch [Carlos] Zambrano's rehab game today. I'd say at least ¾ of the fans had on Cubs gear and it seemed like the Cubs were the home team. Zambrano got a big hand when he went out to warm up and when he took the mound in the 1st inning. He graciously signed autographs out near the bullpen about an inning after getting pulled from the game.
Check out the uniform number! Click on the photos to open larger versions in new browser windows.
