Hot springs are places where water is naturally heated to above their surroundings, normally by geothermal heat. But they're also not always carried over into the regular season.
Kerry Wood and Neal Cotts are (hopefully) not in midseason form yet. Wood may be left in Arizona to work things out. Cotts... well, he's left-handed.
Angel Guzman, well, is not left-handed, recipient of a trade or two years removed from his best season. He is, however, pitching pretty well. Expect him to start the year in Iowa, because that's where young pitchers that haven't made the club with some OTHER team belong.
Lou isn't worried about our outfield defense. Ted Lilly and Rich Hill are fracking petrified by it, but they weren't consulted.
That's it, folks. We're a week away.
