This pic was taken on 2003 Clinch Day from Section 415 I think - the day the Cubs won two games of the double header and clinched the division. It was an overcast day throughout pretty much both games. But just a few minutes after the second victory and at the beginning of the celebration the sun splashed across the buildings behind Wrigley and Sheffield Ave, and I’ve never seen Wrigley so beautiful and amazing. It was as if the clouds parted at that moment so those Cubs players and fans of days past could shine down and be there with us all - in fact, I have titled this shot "God Has Spoken". Haha, cheesy I know, but I cried tears of joy and amazement that day. It’s a feeling I’ll never forget. Here’s to the Cubs doing something even more special this year!!!
