My father took me to Cubs games when I was a wee-little-lass. At least he did something right. Unfortunately for him I also grew up to be a Cheesehead. Every football season he wonders where it all unraveled. He forgets this (my cheese hat out of site- out of mind) when baseball season comes.

I can't rattle off stats. I can't tell you who plays for the other teams. What I can tell you is that I love this game. I watch as many games as I can. I go to as many as possible. I get excited. I jump up and cheer. My heart hurts when they lose.

I work in emergency dispatch so if any of this is misspelled or makes no sense- it's 4am I've been up a few hours. I have a bad ass dog. I love my family. My brother is a Marine recruit. I'm fahklempt about Favre's retirement although I knew it was coming and I knew it was inevitable, it still hit me in the ticker. I'm not like most girls- I drink beer, watch sports and like to get dirty. Take that however you like. I'm no dummy- I work full time, go to school and my goal this year is to be debt free and save my pennies for a home of my own.

This is seriously cutting into my baseball time. Stupid goals.
