From today's Tribune:

Murton went from a .290 average in his first two seasons of Class A to .342 at West Tenn this season, improving dramatically under the tutelage of hitting coach Von Joshua. Murton said his rapid development was a result of a newfound comfort zone in his second full season.

Hmmm. Sounds like the Cubs have found their new batting coach.
