It is a pitcher for the Astros, apparently.

Rusch as a starter:
62.1 IP, 62 H, 23 ER, 5 HR, 22 BB, 43 K, 3-3, 3.32 ERA
WAY better as a starter; even his walk ratio is quite a bit lower. Why he was exiled to the bullpen in favor of Rich Hill, is beyond me. He's made one start vs. Houston this year, on May 23 at Wrigley Field, throwing 8 innings, allowing 6 hits and 1 run, walking 1 and striking out 6, getting the win.
Oddly, he faced Wandy Rodriguez that day, too. After the Cubs won that day and the next, the Astros were at their lowest point of the season, 15-30. Since then they are 48-24, very impressive.
Time to put an end to that run.
