Open Thread: 2006 NLCS Game 4

I've always believed that the fourth game of any seven-game series was the pivotal one.

If the series is 3-0, that's pretty obvious. But if it's 2-1, as the NLCS is, you have two scenarios: either it becomes 3-1 and that is, based on history, nearly an insurmountable lead, or it's tied 2-2 and thus becomes, in effect, a three-game series.

Mets at Cardinals, 7 pm CT. (Cardinals lead series 2-1) TV: Fox

Complicating matters is this weather forecast, which calls for a 40% chance of rain in the St. Louis area tonight and 80% chance tomorrow night.
