Today, Jim Hendry may be able to reach a compromise salary figure with Will Ohman and his agent, which would keep him in Chicago instead of forcing him to fly to Florida for an arbitration hearing tomorrow.
Perhaps that would also allow him to work on a contract deal with Carlos Zambrano, whose hearing date is the week after next.
