Alfonso Soriano wants to be back in time for the All-Star Game, where he is likely to be voted a starter (he's way ahead in the voting). He's been a quick healer in the past, although this injury is a bit different.
Now go get those Rays, who are one win shy of tying their franchise record for most wins by the All-Star break (and we're still almost a month away from there). Keep 'em there till Friday.

Neither of tonight's pitchers has ever faced the other team -- Andy Sonnanstine wasn't in the major leagues when the Cubs faced the then-Devil Rays in 2003, and Z didn't pitch in that series. This may be a good time to get to Sonnanstine, as he hasn't gone more than five innings in any of his last four starts, and Z, after a shaky start in LA on June 7, threw well in his last outing at Wrigley Field last Thursday.
Today's game should be available everywhere. If you don't have WGN, you can see it on ESPN (the ESPN feed will probably be blacked out in the Chicago and Tampa markets). Also see the MLB.com Mediacenter.
