ON THE ROAD TO ARIZONA -- As you read this at noon CT, I am on the road somewhere in Missouri, heading west to Arizona for my annual spring training visit. I'll be driving today and tomorrow, and will be at Monday's game in Mesa against the Reds. So, this post will have to be made without game lineups -- if you find them, post in the comments. I do know that Geovany Soto is expected to get his first spring training action in today's game.
Starting for the Cubs today will be Ryan Dempster. Only Dempster would wear a cap with a sweat stain for Photo Day. He'll face the Brewers' Chris Narveson, someone I've always thought was a little too perky-looking:
Today's Brewers team is a split squad (the other half is playing the Giants in Scottsdale), so you're likely to see only half the Milwaukee regulars. More after the jump.
