After this year's playoffs had a rather slow and dull start, the last couple of days have provided some real drama. As I asked you yesterday, imagine being a Tigers or Red Sox fan during Sunday's game. Think about how you would have gone from happy to upset -- or sad to elated -- in the course of two innings.
Yes, we want to be in the postseason again. But for now, it's kind of nice to watch exciting games from the sidelines.
If you're dreading the thought of the Cardinals winning this series -- and what Cubs fan isn't? -- take some heart in this post from True Blue LA which details the other times a Dodgers team has gone down two games to none. They have made comebacks from this deficit in the past.
Game time: 7 p.m. CT. TV: TBS. Announcers: Ernie Johnson, Ron Darling, Cal Ripken and Craig Sager.
