Glendale Desert Dogs vs. Scottsdale Scorpions, Friday 11/8, 8 p.m. CT

MLB's replay-review tests continue with a new team joining the fray.

Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

Today is Day 4 of Major League Baseball's replay-review test in the Arizona Fall League. Last night, there were no close plays to review -- but that's part of the point of testing, I'd say. You'll likely see many regular-season games in 2014 and beyond that go by with nothing to review. Other games could have several.

Tonight, you'll see a team you haven't seen before -- the Glendale Desert Dogs. The Desert Dogs have prospects from the Dodgers, Marlins, Twins, White Sox and Reds, and so you've got a pretty good chance of seeing Byron Buxton, the Twins outfield prospect who is generally considered to be the No. 1 prospect in all of baseball. Buxton, who will be 20 in December, hit .334/.424/.520 split between Low-A and High-A in 2012 with 19 doubles, 18 triples, 12 home runs and 55 stolen bases.

Hopefully, there will be more plays to review tonight. One type of play we haven't yet seen reviewed is a fair/foul call; I'd like to see some close foul-line hits at some point so we can see how that part of the review process works.

Game time is 8 p.m. CT. In addition to MLB Network, the game will be streamed live at MLB.com and if you can't get any of those, you should be able to follow along via this Gameday link.
