Let's face it. A few years ago, when the Cubs began their rebuilding plan, there was hope that after a couple of years, the team would be looking to make a splash in the free agent market say around….now. Unfortunately, for us fans, that off-season looks like it's a few years away. However, the Cubs have made some moves, a new manager, some bullpen help, and an almost entirely new coaching staff. Bust out the champagne!
